A WOMAN was detained under the Mental Health Act today after threatening to jump off the roof of the Westgate Centre car park in Oxford.
Police cordoned off the car park at about 4.30pm and diverted traffic away from surrounding streets.
The woman was persuaded not to jump by police officers.
The car park reopened at about 6pm.
