PROLIFIC isn’t the word to describe serial flasher John Bustin from Cowley.
His list of sexual offences date back to 1984 and yet, once again, he has escaped jail and been handed a new two-year Asbo despite re-offending days after his last sentence.
Asbos allow the justice system to wash its hand of all responsibility.
The only good place to shove people like Bustin is behind bars to protect society.
