JUST before the May General Election, I wrote a letter stating that should David Cameron gain power and become Prime Minister, that within a few months he would put us into poverty, take us back to the Thatcher years.

Somebody replied to that letter and said I was talking a load of rubbish. Well I think it’s time for that person to start eating their words.

Both Cameron and Clegg have gone back on all their promises and are hitting everything they said they wouldn’t.

As I said, never trust a Tory or Lib Dem promise. They simply do not know how to keep them.

The NHS hit badly, all services hit badly, child benefit cut, police forces cut, fire brigades cut, country’s defences cut, at a high risk of terrorist attacks, where is the sense in this.

Another 500,000 public sector jobs to be cut. Food prices going up and income being cut. We’ve already reached the poverty stage.

All Cameron thinks of doing is wasting taxpayers’ money going on trips round the world promising countries this, that and the other. Is that the way to get this country out of debt?

Would these countries help us out if and when we need it? We’re gradually getting that way.

It’s about time Cameron called another election and let Ed Miliband prove he knows how to run a country properly.

A new generation Labour could be the ones to do this, the sooner the better. Let’s get rid of this coalition Government.
