  • Malcolm Pipkin, 34, of Woodgreen, Witney, admitted shoplifting four cans of Special Brew, valued at £6.19, from Co-op in Witney on August 7. Given a 12-month conditional discharge.
  • Liam Rowe, 19, of Agnes Court, Oxford, admitted possession of cannabis (Class B) in Oxford on May 14 and failure to surrender to court bail on May 26. Fined £250 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
  • Thomas Baron, 18, of Brampton Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend a course on August 12. Given an extra 30 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £50 costs.
  • Neil Cane, 41, of Barnet Street, Oxford, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on August 13. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £85 costs.
  • Caroline Couchman, 52, of Old School Lane, East Challow, admitted shoplifting food, to a value unknown, from BP Express in Woodstock Road, Oxford, on July 3. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and told to pay £30 compensation.
  • Jeffrey Keller, 39, of Speedwell Street, Oxford, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on August 27. Fined £100 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
  • Andrew Morley, 42, of Collcutt Close, Horspath, admitted drink-driving in Cornwallis Road, Oxford, on August 27, namely having 80 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £150, a £15 victims’ surcharge and banned from driving for 22 months.
  • Zelalem Netsanet, 22, of Peregrine Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on August 15. Given an extra 20 hours’ unpaid work.
  • Carmen Hutchinson, 30, of Fettiplace Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on August 12. Given an extra 20 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £25 costs.
  • Benjamin Pepper, 29, of Kestrel Crescent, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to comply with a curfew on seven occasions. Curfew extended and told to pay £30 costs.
  • Mohammed Usman, 22, of Cumberland Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on August 14. Given a two-week curfew and told to pay £50 costs.

  • Mark Brock, 47, of Brightwell-cum-Sotwell, near Wallingford, convicted of assault in the village on February 26. Given a 16-week suspended prison sentence, £620 costs and ordered to attend a violence programme.
  • Charlotte Orchard, 28, of New Street, Abingdon, admitted stealing a handbag in Abingdon on July 3. Ordered to undergo a drug-rehabilitation programme and pay £25 compensation.
  • Timothy Benson, 27, of Chiltern Crescent, Wallingford, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to work unpaid on February 2 and not reporting for a supervision meeting on August 8. Supervision requirement extended by three months and ordered to pay £50 costs.
  • Lisa Blackburn, 24, of Sinodun Close, Long Wittenham, admitted using a television without a licence between February 13 and March 14. Fined £175 and ordered to pay £60 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

  • Mark Tracey, 41, of Frisham Street, Sutton Courtenay, convicted of using a television without a licence between March 10 and April 11. Fined £175, £15 victims’ surcharge and £60 costs.
  • Sharon Vaughan, 27, of Westfield, Harwell, convicted of using a television without a licence between January 3 and February 4. Fined £175, £60 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
