THE family of a Bicester teenager killed in a head-on car crash have paid tribute to him, saying he ‘lived life to the full’.
Neil Webb, 19, was pronounced dead at the crash scene in Bucknell Road, Ardley, last Friday at 9.30pm.
He was the front seat passenger in a Citroen Saxo which collided with a BMW 318 travelling in the opposite direction.
A family statement yesterday said: “Neil, you were our world, a very popular boy who lived life to the full. You loved your family and friends, and everyone around you loved you.
“You will be dearly missed, and you will always be in our hearts forever.”
Mr Webb, of Spruce Drive, Bicester, attended Bicester Community College until 2007.
Tributes have also been paid on social networking website Facebook.
Last night, the driver of the Citroen was still in a serious condition in hospital. Anyone with information should call Pc David Mitchell on 08548 505505.
