A man charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent after a student was stabbed in Cowley Road, Oxford, has been remanded in custody.
Benjamin Hepburn, 22, of Spooner Close, Headington, was charged on Friday, following the incident on Thursday morning when a 20-year-old fresher was injured outside the Hobgoblin pub shortly after 4am.
Hepburn appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court and will appear at Oxford Crown Court on Friday.
