OXFORD Dexter Williams, 21, of Coriander Way, Oxford, admitted failing to attend a drug assessment on July 27. Ordered to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work and pay £40 costs. Also admitted failing to surrender bail to police on August 11 at Oxford. Ordered to carry out 60 hours unpaid work.

Toni-Lynn Merrill, 52, of Sandy Lane, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Wheatley on August 20. Her breath registered 69 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres. She was disqualified from driving for three years, to be reduced by nine months if she completes a driving course by October 2, 2012. Also fined £100, £85 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Jamie Pullen, 26, of Harcourt Terrace, Oxford, admitted damaging a Renault van in Oxford on June 26. Fined £25 and ordered to pay £100 compensation, £10 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

James Qualter, 43, of Gwyneth Road, Oxford, admitted stealing eight jars of Nescafe coffee, worth £51.92, from a Co-op store in Oxford on August 23. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £10 costs.

Crystal Taylor, 23, of Langley Close, Headington, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Oxford on February 18. Her blood registered 82 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 milliletres. Disqualified from driving for 12 months and given a 12-month conditional discharge.

Anthony Green, 54, of Donnington Bridge Road, Oxford, was found guilty of making false benefit claims in Oxford between November 2008 and July 2009.

Given a two-year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 costs.

Serena Curtis, 28, of Beauchamp Lane, Cowley, Oxford, was found guilty of failing to comply with a community order by not attending unpaid work on June 22 and June 26. Magistrates ordered her to attend an additional 10 hours unpaid work and ordered her to pay £50 costs.

Michael Nulty, 52, of no fixed address, admitted stealing a bottle of wine from Sainsbury’s in Oxford, on September 3. Fined £100, and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Kieron Smith, 40, of Warwick Close Farm, Holton, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Holton on August 22. Found to have 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Banned for 12 months, fined £150, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Robert Theophilus, 27, of Girdlestone Place, Headington, Oxford, admitted drink driving in High Street, Oxford, on August 26. Found to have 62 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Banned for 17 months, fined £180, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Scott Weddell, 31, of Oxford Night Shelter, Luther Street, Oxford, admitted harassment at Berinsfield on September 5. Jailed for 12 weeks.

Joshua Bedford, 21, of Longfields, Marcham, Abingdon, admitted possession of cannabis at Marcham on August 17. Fined £25, and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Lee Buckley, 33, of Pilcher Court, Oxford, admitted stealing three bottles of alcohol to the value of £44.73 from Sainsbury’s in Oxford on July 29. Also admitted stealing two bottles of Vodka worth £30, from Asda in Wheatley on September 4. Also admitted failing to surrender to court on September 2 and failing to attend a drugs assessment April 1, and May 7. Jailed for ten weeks.

Moeen Akhtar, 38, of no fixed address, admitted sexual assault on a female in Didcot on September 4. Jailed for 28 days.

Darren Brady, 26, of Greenhill, Oxford, admitted stealing a sandwich to the value of £2.10 from Tesco in Oxford on September 6. Fined £50, ordered to pay £15 costs.

John Hawkins, 40, of Slade Close, Headington, Oxford, admitted stealing one can of lager to the value of £5.95 from Co-op in Oxford.

Given a 12 month conditional discharge.

Holly Muir, 25, of Long Furlong Road, Sunningwell, Abingdon, admitted being in charge of a vehicle while unfit through drink in Abingdon Road, Oxford, on August 27.

Also admitted drink driving on the same date and place. Found to have 94 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Banned from driving for 24 months, fined £100 and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Michael Parsons, 22, of High Street, Thame, admitted possession of cannabis at Thame, on August 19.

Fined £80, ordered to pay £30 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

DIDCOT Richard Martyr, 20, of Sandy Lane, Oxford, admitted stealing a car from Grove on July 3. He was ordered to wear an electronic tag, pay £125 compensation and given a 12-week curfew. Also admitted attempted theft of a car from Wantage on July 3. Made to pay £250 compensation, ordered to wear a tag and given a 12-week curfew.
