Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision on the A34 near Chieveley today.
The incident occurred at about 10.45am when a silver SEAT Ibiza collided with a white Ford Transit van, which was parked in a lay-by, close to the Beedon turning on the A34.
A 39-year-old man, who was standing at the rear of the Transit van was also struck by the SEAT.
The man and the driver of the SEAT, a 28-year-old woman, suffered minor injuries and were taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.
