  • Ben Lordan, 20, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted theft of a pedal cycle, valued at £75, in Oxford on July 19, and commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £10 costs.
  • Martin Prescott, 23, of Bullingdon Road, Oxford, admitted possession of cocaine (Class A) in Oxford on July 16. Fined £200, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Charles Tucker, 21, of Abingdon Road, Tubney, admitted drink driving on the A4130 at Nuffield on July 3. Namely having 60 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £100, £15 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs. Banned from driving for 16 months.
  • Lewis Felton, 20, of Deer Walk, Oxford, admitted vehicle interference in Oxford on July 17, driving without insurance, driving while disqualified and commission of a further offence while subject to suspended sentence in Oxford on June 23. Committed to a young offenders’ institution for 24 weeks.
  • Jamie Garrens, 20, of Shrewsbury Road, Middlesbrough, admitted acting as a pedlar without a pedlar’s certificate in Cumnor on July 29. Fined £130 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Banned from entering Oxfordshire for a year.
  • Paul Owens, 26, of Flexley Avenue, Middlesbrough, admitted acting as a pedlar without a pedlar’s certificate in Cumnor on July 29 and obstructing a police constable in Abingdon on July 29. Given a six-month conditional discharge and fined £130 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Banned from the county for a year.
  • Timothy Joyce, 22, of Redbridge Hollow, Oxford, admitted failing to attend a follow-up assessment following a test for Class A drugs on June 29 in Oxford. Fined £50, £50 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
  • Tinamaria Waters, 43, of Speedwell Street, Oxford, admitted failing to surrender to court bail on July 27 and driving without insurance and drink driving in Juxon Street, Oxford, on July 16. Namely having 92 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £150 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Banned from driving for two years.

  • Snowy Snow, 62, of Plantation Farm, Oxford, convicted of common assault and using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on March 9. Given a 12-month conditional discharge.
  • Amjad Mohammad, 30, of Randolph Street, Oxford, admitted possession of cannabis (Class B) in Oxford on July 23. Given a six-month conditional discharge.
  • Elizabeth Nolan, 28, of Station Approach, Banbury, admitted shoplifting food valued at £62.44 from Tesco in Oxford on August 3. Jailed for 12 weeks due to persistent offending.

  • Jack Gunning, 20, of Bosham Close, Toothill, Swindon, convicted of criminal damage to a Ford Mondeo in Harwell on March 27 and March 29. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £100 compensation and £50 costs.
