Mark Gonzalez, 37, of Bartlemas Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on September 10, by failing to comply with a curfew requirement. Ordered to pay £25 costs and original offence resentenced. Ordered to have treatment for drug dependency for six months.

Delroy Johns, 39, of Sandy Lane, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with community order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on May 19, by failing to attend unpaid work on July 6. Given a further five hours’ unpaid work; told to pay £25 costs.

Simon Parker, 19, of Judds Close, Witney, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on February 26, by failing to attend unpaid work on June 20. Told to attend Back on Track course for four weeks.

Jordan Higham, 19, of no fixed address, admitted breach of licence as a short-term prisoner by failing to report to a probation officer and failing to stay at an approved property. Fined £200.

Arron Eeley, 19, of Butler Close, Horspath, Oxford, admitted possession of cannabis in Oxford on July 6. Given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs.

Callum Gaughan, 18, of Templar Road, Oxford, admitted driving without insurance and without a licence in Alvescot Road, Oxford. Given six points on licence, fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a victims’ surcharge £15.

Raheed Ahmed, 33, of Samphire Road, Oxford, admitted possession of two wraps of crack cocaine (Class A) in Oxford on June 1 and failure to surrender to court bail on July 15. Given 100 hours’ unpaid work and 12 months’ supervision.

James Butterworth, 30, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted attempted theft from a motor vehicle in Oxford on June 8. Given six months’ drug rehabilitation and supervision.

John Irvin, 25, of Marlow Road, Stokenchurch, admitted possession of 0.457 grams of ketamine (Class C) in Lewknor on June 5 and 66 miligrams of ketamine and a quantity of cannabis (Class B) in High Wycombe on May 21. Also admitted driving a vehicle while unfit through drugs in Oxford’s Eastern Bypass on March 5. Told to attend substance-abuse programme and pay £25 costs. Banned from driving for three years.

Ian Bye, 35, of Croft Road, Marston, admitted shoplifting a bottle of beer from Tesco in Oxford on May 23. Fined £50, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs.

Nicholas Hazell, 28, of Tyrrells Way, Sutton Courtenay, convicted of driving without insurance and without a licence in The Greenaway, West Hendred, on June 6 and admitted failure to surrender court bail on July 7. Fined £200, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs, and banned from driving for six months.

Stephen Phillips, 34, of Van Dieman’s Lane, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with community order by failing to attend a SMART one to one on June 15. Original offence re-sentenced. Jailed for three months.

Danny Brackett, 32, of Herschel Crescent, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis (Class B) and an extendable baton in Cuddesdon Way, Oxford, on July 2. Also admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by committing further offences. Original offence resentenced. Given 22 weeks’ jail, suspended for 12 months, and told to do six months’ drug rehabilitation and a year’s supervision.

Amelia Whitlock, 24, of Little Bury, Oxford, admitted depositing litter in Cornmarket Street on January 12, namely a cigarette butt. Fined £55, £50 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Jason Tompkins, 31, of Mably Grove, Wantage, admitted driving without a licence, without insurance and drink driving in Mably Way, Wantage, on June 24, namely having 64 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £220, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned for 18 months.

Jamie Towle, 27, of North Hinksey Village, admitted possessing cocaine (Class A) in Wantage on June 26. Fined £150, £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Tom Welland, 21, of Morton Close, Abingdon, admitted taking a boat without consent in Clifton Hampden on June 27. Fined £250, £85 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Thomas Coles, 26, of Church Road, Radley, admitted theft of a wallet and £160 in Radley on May 8. Given a four-month curfew and six months’ supervision, and told to pay £160 compensation and £85 costs.

Cesare Lee, 22, of Walton Street, Knightsbridge, London, convicted of two counts of assault by beating in Oxford on March 16. Given 120 hours’ unpaid work; told to pay £100 compensation and £200 costs.
