Police are appealing for witnesses after a collision in Watlington.
At about 9.50am yesterday, a pedestrian in her twenties, was crossing the road near to the Co-operative Store in Couching Street, when she was involved in a collision with a car.
PC Ian Kent said: “Fortunately the woman only suffered cuts and bruises but has been left shaken by what has happened.
“The driver of the car, which we believe to be a 4x4, stopped at the time, but left before we were able to get her details.
“We need to speak to the driver as part of our investigation and urge her to contact us.”
Anyone who witnessed the collision or has any information can contact PC Kent via 0845 8 505 505, or if you don’t want to talk to the police or give your name, call the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
