WHAT a wonderful gadget Howard Stapleton has invented to deter the feral teenagers who spoil life for others (Oxford Mail, July 13) .
I have a similar gadget at home to deter dogs and cats from my garden.
The RSPCA does not complain but the ‘do-gooders’ of Liberty want it banned.
Can Mr Stapleton make a gadget that will work on Liberty? I would happily buy one.
