Police are trying to trace a woman who discharged herself from hospital against doctor’s orders.
Charlene Davies, 31, who is believed to be from the Reading area, left the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford on July 16, taking a taxi to Oxford railway station where she boarded the 9.37am train to Reading.
Since then police have been unable to trace her movements or whereabouts.
Oxfordshire missing persons coordinator Gemma Mitchell said: “The address details that Charlene provided to the hospital — Lexington Grove in Reading — were inaccurate.
“We have not been able to trace any of her friends or family and are concerned for her welfare.
“I would urge anyone who knows Charlene, has seen her or knows of her whereabouts to contact us as soon as possible.”
Anyone with information should contact Gemma Mitchell on 08458 505505 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
