Chiltern Railways and Wrexham & Shropshire trains will be affected by engineering work on Saturday.
Due to the closure of the line between Princes Risborough and High Wycombe, a reduced service will operate between Banbury, Bicester North, Haddenham & Thame Parkway and London Marylebone, with trains diverted via Aylesbury, adding about 30 minutes to journey times.
Buses will provide connections to and from High Wycombe at Princes Risborough.
Wrexham & Shropshire trains will be diverted on an alternative route and will not call at Banbury.
