A teenage girl in Kidlington fought off a man who tried to sexually assault her.
Police are appealing for witnesses following the attempted sex assault on the 17yearold, on Tuesday.
At 1am, the victim was walking along Lock Crescent, when a man grabbed her by the arms and forced her to the ground.
She fought him off and her attacker ran away. The girl was left shaken, but uninjured.
The man was white, about 20 years old, 5ft 11ins and had short brown hair. He was wearing blue jeans, a white t-shirt and white trainers and spoke with an "unusual accent" according to the girl.
