A four-vehicle crash today caused long delays on the A34 in Oxfordshire.
The collision happened on the northbound carriageway, near East Ilsley, blocking one lane.
Travel time is up to 50 minutes and police are still waiting for recovery to tow the vehicles away.
Long delays remain back to the M4 roundabout.
Heavy traffic was also reported on the A34 northbound between the Hinksey Hill Interchange and Junction 9 of the M40.
Very slow traffic was also reported on the southbound carriageway of the A34 after a car transporter broke down near the A4185 Chilton Interchange with congestion to the A4130 Milton Interchange.
Delays were also reported after a crash on the A415, near the Millets Farm Centre, at Frilford, which partially blocked both lanes.
