Sir, The mound in Bonn Square is a dreadful mess whatever do visitors to Oxford think? We who live here know that the square is to be given a major facelift. Would the city fathers have put up a notice for visitors to let them know what is going to happen? This happens in shops when a major refit is planned why not this square?
