BARBARA Mullins’ story is heartbreaking.
The 79-year-old suffers from progressive supranuclear palsy and does not have long left to live.
It is a rare and horrific illness, which means she can no longer walk or talk.
Her last wish is to die at peace in her own home.
Although, it seems, Oxfordshire County Council is struggling to let her make the move.
The council has agreed for the funding, but has said it is difficult to get everything in place.
Time is not something Mrs Mullins has on her side.
We hope the family and the council can get to an agreement soon.
