Sir, I am writing regarding the proposed closure of the Moorview mental health hospital in Witney and to say how disgusted I am that another facility used mainly by the elderly population is to be closed down, when there is a waiting list for admission to the wards and to the day unit, which provides a unique service for the depressed and patients with dementia in west Oxfordshire. All governments change in time. Once Moorview is gone, it's gone.
