Tom Greenland is hoping that his injury problems are behind him after winning a British Tour event in Taunton.
The Long Wittenham ace has endured a miserable two years, where extensive shoulder surgery has seen him forced to concentrate on the coaching side, rather than playing.
Although he has tried to stay in shape, Greenland has been unable to hit any overarm shots - until now.
And he marked his return to form with a surprise victory.
In only his second tournament back, Greenland proved too strong in the Satellite Tour event to claim the crown.
"It was a bit of a surprise," he admitted.
"When I have not been competing on the tour, I am training with my coach Oliver Widdowson at the White Horse Leisure & Tennis Centre in Abingdon, who have been very supportive of my training needs."
Greenland is hoping to secure back-to-back victories when he plays in the Wrexham Open.
