David Bull, executive director of the United Nations children's watchdog Unicef in the UK and former director of Amnesty International UK, will be talking about children's rights after a visit to Bangladesh and Mozambique.
He will be at an Amnesty International open meeting in Thame Town Hall on November 23, starting at 7pm.
