JOCKEY Graham Bradley retained his pro-am crown at The Oxfordshire yesterday - and then sped off to Chepstow where he landed another winner.
Holly's Pride, a 7-4 favourite, made it a fabulous double for Wantage-based Brad, who, partnered by Sweden's Robert Karlsson, Karen Platt and Andy Thompson won the traditional curtain-raiser for a second successive year by a single stroke from a quartet including Miguel Angel Jimenez and football pundit Andy Gray.
Bradley rolled in a super birdie putt on nine, where a beefier-looking Ian Botham launched one of the longest drives of the day.
The former England Test star's team, spearheaded by impressive Irishman Paul McGinley, were in contention right up until the last, but two dropped shots at the 15th and another at the 18th left Bradley on course for another memorable day.
