UNITED'S AGM will be on Monday, October 19 (7pm) at the Supporters' Club.
There will also be an open meeting for supporters on Monday, November 2 in the Supporters' Club.
Managing director Keith Cox apologised for not keeping a pledge to hold an open meeting in September.
In a statement he said: "The club acknowledges that the original intention had been to hold an open meeting in September. However, it is felt shareholders should have the opportunity to ask questions of the club first. The club apologises for the delay."
