"For the past three months our wages have been paid late because of the club's plight and have also been part-paid by the PFA.
"For the month of October we still have not been informed whether we will receive payment at all.
"So, because of this, all promotional work for the club will not be fulfilled until further notice.
"We apologise to the fans for any inconvenience but we are sure we will have your support for further action we may take in the near future.
"And you have our assurance that we will still give 100 per cent."
