Woman 2000, which takes place from June 6-8 at Wembley, is set to attract thousands of visitors as it is the first ever lifestyle exhibition designed specifically for women aged from 35 onwards.

Over the last few years, the role of women at home, in the workplace and in society as a whole has changed significantly.

Woman 2000, organised by Touchwood Exhibitions in association with the National Federation of Women's Institutes (NFWI), has been created in recognition of this change.

The Exhibition will reflect the varied and wide-reaching interests and responsibilities of women today and will be divided into nine diverse and different sectors, each of which is relevant to the lifestyle of modern women. A new Web site will be launched at the show: www.womens-institute.org.uk. The web site has been designed built and sponsored by Newsquest Digital Media, publisher of This is Oxfordshire.

Eric Henshaw, Regional Director for Newsquest Digital Media London, said "Newsquest's newspapers have always had a close association with the Women's Institute in their local communities. It is a natural progression that as a major provider of information via the Internet we continue to be associated in the electronic media. The new site is rich in content and interactivity, and I'm sure that it will attract a lot of visitors as well as being a useful communication tool for the members." The emphasis of Woman 2000 will be on entertainment, education and visual and intellectual stimulation. Visitors will be able to purchase products, seek advice and gather information from over 120 different exhibitors who can be found in the following zones:

*Food & Drink

*House & Gardens

*Education & Careers

*Health & Beauty

*Travel & Leisure

*Business & Finance

*Fashion

*Arts & Crafts

*Science & Technology
