Golfer Stewart Davies (King Alfred's, Wantage) got in the swing to win the Oxfordshire Schools tournament at North Oxford.
He also led King Alfred's to victory in the team competition, with third-placed David Hunt and Julian Probert making up the successful trio.
Davies and Hunt now take their places in the county team to play in the Southern regional tournament in Bournemouth at the end of the month, when the top six will earn places in the England Schools team.
