Anyone remember my wife and I from our Oxford days of some 50 years ago? My name is John Stockford. I was born in "The Plough" at Wolvercote and lived there until marriage. My wife, Sybil, and I both worked for the GPO, before we moved to Canada and then California. I worked for the Oxford Mail between 1949-53, when it was located on New Inn Hall St. and belonged to the Westminster Press Group. Great times and we had a lot of fun there.
