Eighteen anglers contested Littlemore's Roy Arnatt Cup match on the Thames at Sandford, with Gerald Perks emerging the winner.
With just half an hour of the match remaining, Gerald had only 6lbs of bits but then banked two tench over chopped worm to boost his total to 12.15.0. Bob Woodward was second (6.6.0) and Brian Hutchins third (5.3.0).
