The two biggest carp known to be present in Orchid Lake at Marsh Pratley's Dorchester complex were both caught last week.
The big common, weighing 36lb, was taken by bailiff Rob Hinton, and the big mirror, weighing 37lb, by Adrian Furber. Several mid-20s also put pleasing bends into anglers' rods last week.
Over on Club Lake, catfish to more than 20lbs have been caught and the bream stocks have been boosted by four crackers each weighing over nine pounds.
