Leaders Shipton-under-Wychwood just hung on for the draw at Buckingham, but still extended their lead over Banbury XX and Thame, who are now level in second place.
Buckingham's Steve Beck scored a superb 75, putting on 101 for the third wicket with Anthony Romaine (44) as the home side made 223-7.
Shipton slipped to 75-5, of which Steve Bates made 31, but a rearguard action involving Paul Jennings (38), Felix McDonald (37) and Paul Snell (35) saw them to 192-9 at stumps, with Paul Streeter taking 4-75.
