Oxford-based Internet services firm ESOFT Global has received 25m of investment from four different companies.
The investors are 3i, CSFB Private Equity, Compaq Computer Corporation and Granville Baird Capital Partners.
ESOFT specialises in application service provision (ASP) and Internet security. In March this year it was named European ASP of the Year.
ESOFT, set up nine years ago, says it can deliver any software application to any device over any network securely. The company is a pioneer in server-based computing and security.
