The new 'compact executive' Rover 45 V6 is now on sale. The Rover 45 V6, which has a 2.0-litre six-cylinder engine and Steptronic transmission, is exclusively available in a four-door saloon body style, in Club and Connoisseur trim specification, which include alloy wheels, air conditioning, multiple safety features and leather seats in the Connoisseur.
All Rover 45 V6 derivatives have the Jatco 5-speed Steptronic gearbox as standard, offering the dual personality of being able to function as a five-speed automatic, or as a five-speed 'Steptronic' semi-automatic sequential-shift manual.
In common with the other Rover model ranges, all petrol-engined Rover 45 models now have a 15,000 mile service interval.
The Rover 45 V6 Club is priced at 16,095 and the Connoisseur at 17,095. These on-the-road prices include the current ten per cent price reduction.
