TIM Henman will bid to reach his fourth final of the year when he takes on 19-year-old Roger Federer in the semi-finals of the CA Trophy tournament in Vienna tonight. The sixth seed, from Oxfordshire, gained a 6-4, 7-6 (7-3) win over Greg Rusedski's conqueror Fernando Vicente in the quarter- finals. Swiss starlet Federer beat Richard Krajicek 6-4, 6-3.
