The face of an Oxford college is to be redesigned at a cost of £9m.
A replica of a famous Baroque rotunda near Verona, in Italy, is to be incorporated into a design for St Anne's College on Woodstock Road.
A small flat dating from 1910 and the current gatehouse will be demolished to make way for a new entrance, kitchen, new junior common room facilities including a gym and 20 study bedrooms.
Steve Griffiths, estates manager at St Anne's College said: "The campus of St Anne's is a mish mash of 19th and 20th century buildings and we hope that it will have a 21st century building there as well."
