Witney could be playing in the Tetley's Bitter Cup next season, after the RFU confirmed that Oxfordshire would continue to have three representatives in this national competition.
Henley, as a National League side, qualify automatically, while Banbury get in as the runners-up to Henley in the David Charles Oxfordshire Cup.
The third Tetley's Cup spot will go to one of the county cup semi-finalists Witney or Littlemore, who will play-off for the honour, probably at Gosford All Blacks on May 5.
