The semi-finals of the Eric Morris Cup were both high scoring affairs with Heyford Athletic beating Heyford Athletic Res 7-0 and BCS Bardwell Res going one better in beating Finmere 8-0.
Heyford, who will be appearing in their fifth final in the last six seasons, had Danny Post on target four times as they showed their second string no mercy.
Charlie Thomas, Neil Falkner and Garry Williams completed the rout.
Ian McDiarmid also netted four times in Bardwell's runaway victory against Finmere. Dale Jeacock with a double strike, Kerry Darch and Scott Marshall were their other marksmen.
Souldern, who have already wrapped up the Division 4 championship, reached their second final of the season when they won a thrilling Charlie Rawlings Cup semi-final following a penalty shoot-out against Middleton Cheney.
Brett Moggridge and Robin Hambidge put Souldern 2-1 ahead but Cheney, with a last-gasp equaliser, forced extra time which was goalless.
Souldern won the penalty kick decider 4-3 and will play Blarney Stone in the final after they beat Charlton 2-0 in the other semi.
