A company has celebrated the 25th anniversary of its founding by handing over £1,250 to a new hospice.
Bicester Roofing was founded by Don King and Mike Staniford with offices in a portable building in a builder's yard.
The company has grown since then and now has offices in Wedgwood Road, Bicester.
The company celebrated its 25 years with a gala dinner at Oxford Spires Hotel in November when it was decided to raise money for charity. Some of the firm's customers donated prizes.
The money was presented to Roger Wilson, representing the Douglas House Hospice for young people which is to be built next to Helen House Hospice in Leopold Street, east Oxford.
