The efforts of sixth-formers have paid off after their school Website won an award.
About 30 senior students at Witney's Wood Green School went in on the first day of their Easter holiday to put the finishing touches to the project.
It has now been selected as Website of the Week out of thousands of schools in the country by information technology supplier RM, based at Milton Park, Abingdon.
School spokesman Richard Young. "We are really delighted. We've got an immediate result for all their efforts.
"But it is also a tribute to the substantial investment we have made at the school into information technology."
The Wood Green website - www.woodgreen.oxon.sch.uk - has also been entered for a school Website of the year competition.
Earlier this year Wood Green was given £5,000 from BT through its Future Talks Schools Awards.
