Johnny Dawson scored eight minutes from time to give AFC Wallingford A a 1-0 victory over Shrivenham Res in the North Berks League's Nairne Paul Cup final at Abingdon United.
Wallingford keeper Matt Gesner kept his side in it, before a free kick was knocked back for Dawson to slam the ball into the roof of the net from close range.
In Division 1, the two leading title contenders, Kintbury Rangers and Shrivenham, fought out a 1-1 draw. Shrivenham had taken a first-half lead through Mark Peters.
Harwell International closed to within a point of Shrivenham at the top after a 2-1 win over neighbours Harwell Village. Lee Newport and Martin Parsons got the goals for International.
Marcham opened up a six-point gap at the top of Division 2 with a crucial 4-3 win at Botley United with scores from Tristan Barrett (2), Jon Christianson and an own goal.
