Lifeguard Lee Pontefract, 18, completed the London Marathon for charity.
He finished the 26-mile event in three hours, 57 minutes and was among 300 runners who took part to raise funds for the Cancer Research Campaign.
Lee, of Bicester, said: "This is my first marathon and I am delighted to have completed in this time. Someone from the sports club where I work died of cancer recently and that is why I chose to support the work of the charity."
Donations can still be made towards the charity to Lee Pontefract, c/o Claire Bradley, National Events, The Cancer Research Campaign, 10 Cambridge Terrace, London, NW1 4JL.
