The Oxford Mail Medibike is back on the road - nine months after being written off in a crash.
The £17,000 Honda superbike was bought last year with money from Mail readers to boost Oxfordshire Ambulance Service's response times.
But a month after entering service last June, it crashed while answering an emergency call in Wallingford.

Aubrey Bell, ambulance service spokesman, blamed a lengthy insurance battle and bad weather for the delay. He said: "Neither Thames Valley Police nor the ambulance service would put rapid response motorcycles out when it is dark, wet and snowy. But both riders are raring to go now."
He said they were expecting to buy another Medibike using donations from Oxfordshire's residents.
