The Oxford Times - sister paper of This is Oxfordshire and the Oxford Mail - have agreed a two-year deal to sponsor The Cherwell League, Oxfordshire's premier cricket competition.
League chairman Derek Primett welcomed the deal, saying: "We are delighted. This is a large and timely boost for us with the league starting tomorrow.
"To be associated with a paper such as The Oxford Times, which puts across news and views to so many people, is fantastic."
