Marketing communications agency Cooney Bains has won a deal to relaunch a business-to-business customer magazine for European Telecom.
The new monthly Insight has replaced the old-format Dealer Bulletin and has been posted to 2,000 customers.
Cooney Bains, based in Ardington, near Wantage, acts for companies such as Mercedes, Vodafone and the AA.
It was awarded the deal by Anne Moir, director of marketing for European Telecom, Telecom, a UK telecommunications company specialising in value added distribution and marketing services
Client services director Jas Bains said: "Our brief was to review customer communications material with a view to adding value.
"Competition in this market is absolutely fierce and the job for European Telecom involved creating a real point of difference when talking to customers which meant not leading on price."
Ms Moir said: "Having worked with Cooney Bains for some time, I was confident that they would be able to create the sort of publication that our dealers want."
