Reigning champions Banbury Twenty suffered an agonising one-wicket defeat at Buckingham in a last-ball thriller.
Chasing Twenty's 199-4, Buckingham scrambled a single off the final delivery to get home at 200-9 with captain James Gear undefeated at the close on 77 after Anthony Romaine had made 52.
Earlier, Steve Partington has hit an unbeaten 80 and skipper Dave Burbidge made 51 for Twenty.
