The Oxfordshire Football Association are to hold an extraordinary general meeting after a group of members tabled a vote of no confidence in its officers.
The north division representative, Dick Offord, with the backing of the Lord Jersey FA, wrote to clubs in April alleging that the county FA was being run "in a dreadful way", in particular over the sacking of former secretary Ron Leaver.

And he managed to get 13 per cent, the required number of member clubs, to return forms to demand an EGM.
The OFA Council ratified the demand, and the EGM will now be held 30 minutes before the annual general meeting on July 4.
The following resolution will be voted on at the EGM: "A vote of confidence in the council and directors of the Oxfordshire Football Association and the members' acceptance of the current Articles in their entirety and all aspects of the administration of the OFA Ltd including finance.
"The acceptance that the matter of Mr Leaver's removal from office is now over and no further action is to be taken by any member."
Ian Mason, secretary of the Oxfordshire FA, said in a statement: "For the sake of football in the county, the OFA board of directors and council feel it would be inappropriate to make any further comment either verbally or in writing on the matter until after the EGM has been held.
"Until then, the OFA board of directors and council will continue with its programme of football development."
