Two guitarists and a mezzo-soprano are bringing a summer serenade to the grounds of Chadlington Manor.

The Rotary Clubs of Chipping Norton and North Cotswolds are organising an open-air evening of light classical music on Saturday, June 16.

Neil Smith, one of Britain's foremost guitarists, is giving a recital of Spanish and Latin American works. He is followed by singer Claire Bradshaw and her guitarist husband, Craig Ogden, who will perform a selection of pieces, ranging from Purcell to Gershwin.

Proceeds will go to the Family Nurturing Network, The Abbeyfield Home at Stow-on-the-Wold, and other Rotary charities. The grounds are open for picnics from 6.30pm and the performance starts at 8pm. Entry costs £15.
