Members of Thame Phab Club raised more than £1,000 in sponsorship when they took part in a trek round London's Hyde Park.
The Heartbeat Hike was organised by the national Phab group which integrates physically handicapped and able-bodied people.
Members braved the rain to complete a three-mile circuit of the Serpentine on Sunday.
The event is one of the Thame club's main fundraising events. Chairman Christine Townsend said: "It is quite a tough course - it was good to see so many people taking part."
