Father and son Steve and Luke Merry wreaked havoc for Thame to send Challow & Childrey crashing to an 87-run defeat.
Chasing Thame's 194 - which featured 43 from Manoj Parmar - Luke Merry (3-48) quickly made inroads into the Challow top order as they slumped to 23-6.
Steve Merry then got in on the act to mop up the tail with 4-26 as Challow were bowled out for 107.
