Help is at hand for small business bosses who wonder what their workers really think of them.
They are being offered the chance to survey their employees, giving them a chance to have a say anonymously.
Business Link in Oxfordshire is promoting the People Insight Benchmark Survey, saying it is designed to test several key areas linked to profitability. It pays half the cost, so that for 25 employees it would cost about £250.
