An investigation is under way after a man was found hanged in his cell at Bullingdon Prison, near Bicester. The body of Kevin Hipgrave, 24, was found hanging by the blanket, which was attached to window bars, on Saturday.
Hipgrave was on remand in Bullingdon, facing eight charges of robbery and four of theft.
